The Shim-pack MC C18 is a 70 MPa column packed with 1.9 μm fully-porous silica gel type ODS. The inert column body suppresses interaction with and adsorption of the metal ions of the target compound, obtaining excellent peak shapes for a wide range of biological components such as peptides, steroid hormones and drugs with low molecular weight. The 50 mm length helps to improve throughput in micro-flow analysis.
